Privacy Policy

Jenners is committed to protecting your privacy, and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of client information and client confidentiality very seriously. This policy explains how we use client information and how we protect your privacy in the event that you contact us or submit information to us via this website.

Information required to process a request
We require certain information to allow us to process an enquiry. This may include your name, address, telephone number, and email address. It may also include your credit or debit card number and expiry date if appropriate to a chargeable service  we might now or in the future add to this website. Jenners do not directly collect or store card details for online transactions which will be on a secure page. This page passes your personal data to the credit or debit card company that issued it, for authorization and collection to Jenners account.

Site tracking
In order to help us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors to jenners.co.uk. we use tracking software to monitor client traffic patterns and site usage This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

Security to protect your information
As required by the Jersey Data Protection Law, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us which also includes the prevention of unauthorized access to areas of our website where information may be collected or stored. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose any information in response to an enquiry. Please note that Jenners do not transmit any sensitive information or material by email.

Jenners do not use cookies on this website.

Disclosure to third parties
Jenners does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We never disclose information about a client to any other person or organisation without a client’s consent unless there is a regulatory requirement to do so. However, Jenners reserves the right to pass your information on to professional third parties that we use for the provision of certain services.
